Dr Ali envisioned a clinic where her patients could obtain incomparable care for their medical and aesthetic needs. Dr Ali is actively involved in tutelage of junior doctors, research, and clinical audits especially in Caribbean skin. She has lectured regionally and internationally and is an external examiner for the dermatology master’s program (UK). Dr Ali frequently attends clinical meetings always keeping abreast of the latest and most effective treatment options available.

Mrs Gabriella Webb, affectionately known by our staff and patients as ‘Gabby” has over 21 years’ experience in the world of medical aesthetics. She is internationally trained and qualified; an expert with Obagi Facials, Epicutis, Hydrafacial and excelled with Primelase Laser
Her skilled background combined with her sweet, caring nature makes her the perfect head of our Aestheticians at Advanced Dermatology.
Mrs. Vishala Rampersad-Ramlogan
Medical Aesthetician
Rampersad-Ramlogan is a medical aesthetician who specializes in medical grade facials, Hydrafacial, Obagi Medical facials, Microneedling, Dermaplaning and the very popular Primelase Laser hair removal. She also assists our doctors with a wide range of surgical procedures.
Ms Vishala enjoys aesthetics very much and would go miles just to continue learning new skills and techniques. When asked why she chose aesthetics, she replied ‘‘I love the idea of making clients feel comfortable in their own skin!’’
